These are my first pair of good quality headphones, I have bought headphones every few months because they keep breaking so I bought these because of their durability. The noise cancellation has been life-changing where I live there is a lot of construction and it can become overwhelming. Worth every penny, great sound, good battery life.

The sound theses headphones produce is absolutely incredible, very clean, you can hear sound you dont hear with other headphones. But they have a major flaw, when your on a bumpy road, or when you go running, they start to lag. The lag is so intense that you can no longer listen to your music, it keep cutting off some parts of the song, probably because of the noise cancelling(even if you shut it off it keep doing it). It is really annoying considering the price I’ve paid for.

I bought these headphones to replace a pair of Jabra 85h cans that gave up the ghost when the stupidly designed switch built into the swivel broke after a year.
The noise cancellation is not as good as the Jabras, nor is the battery life. But it’s long enough to get a day or 2 of use, YMMV. The 700s are also lighter.
Some people think they look better but I don’t think they’re much different. No one noticed that I had changed headphones.
The sound is pretty good, and it seems to work well on phone calls and zoom.

I had researched ANC headphones for over 2 months before taking the plunge and buying these headphones. Towards the end, I had narrowed down my choices to the WH-1000XM3 and the Bose 700. Due to the fact that I’d be using this at the office, I decided to opt for the Bose 700’s as they were rated with a much higher when it came to call quality. I’m happy to say that I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I am able to go from the home, commute, to the office and back and the Bose 700 transitions from each one very well. I do find myself wishing for a little more bass when listening to anything bass-heavy but, to be honest, it’s more than adequate. Being able to cancel out loud conversations has made my day at work much more enjoyable. One thing I’d like to note is that these were not meant to be used during workouts as they do move around a bit while at the gym due to accumulated sweat. Other than that, definitely recommend!

Always wanted to have this great product from Bose. Loved it and have been using since past 3 months and no complaints. However, finishing of the product could have been much better as portion of headband seems as if it had dents on it.. I had to replace it twice from Amazon and once from Bose. Later I was upset and called to Bose helpline and they said they have this issue with all the products. Overall, a great device.

These headphones are true to the abiding notoriety of Bose: Outstanding sound quality (crisp and clear high frequencies, deep and forceful low frequencies), distinguished design, and incomparable overall performance. From my experience: the noise-cancelling feature is very impressive, call communication & voice pick-up is remarkable, Bluetooth connection perfect, and comfort is exceptional. And I am still learning how to use (and appreciate) several other features of my recently purchased headphones!

Bought these to protect my ears from people on trains who need to be sure everyone else also hears their pointless conversations. I considered the QC45s but these sounded a bit better. They fit tighter on my head. This makes for better sound isolation but also makes them less comfortable than the QC45s if wearing for long periods. For my needs though, the quiet is worth the compromise. Others may feel differently.

Connecting to phone was seamless. The app is not perfect, but works well.
Sound quality is good.
Only complaint it that connection with a windows 10 laptop is choppy. Sometimes the speaker works and then it doesn’t . You can hear perfectly, but no one can head you speaking. So I don’t trust this with zoom calls etc.
Only solution I have found so far is to remove pairing and start from beginning. Almost every time I restart the laptop.

Getting back to the office was not my thing after 2+ years working from a peaceful environment at home. This tool was a game changer for me! Very effective for noise cancelling and can link phone and computer together to add music and a Team’s call. Worth the investment!

i have been using couple of Bose speakers for home(television) as sound mini and i am quite disappointed with their NC head phones either its with QC30 and as well as 700. i bought QC30 and then it had a issue with left ear plug(static issue) and they immediatly sent replace when was in USA but later i moved to Canada. I have not used much on QC30 headset when i really started using them… the battery gone in a days.Now i can’t really charge and use them.. so decided to buy latest pair but disappointed with the NC and its high on promotion not worth to 400$ so return them bought low end pair (100$) which works better than this 700. hope this review helps others to buy affordable pairs. not costlier if not needed

After having used it for over a month, I can confidently say that I’m in love with the Bose 700 headphones. Yes, the app doesn’t work 30% of the times but once you’ve set it up the first time, you’re basically good to go.
PROS:
Amazing sound (not the best-that would go to the Sony XM4)
Good battery life (around 17 hours-would have preferred more)
Headphones are well-built and premium looking and extremely comfortable.
Noise cancelling is the best I feel and I love the Ambient Sound feature.
The best microphones on any ANC headphones.
Cons:
Disconnects sometimes.

Absolutely amazing!
At first i was skeptical after reading reviews and seeing so many complaints – (major problems connecting with the app and range of other issues) this left me unsure. After doing alot of research i figured I’d roll the dice and I am super happy i did! Aesthetically i dont think i could be happier. It looks and feels beautiful with a comfortable fit to the point were i almost dont even feel them! The bose music app gave me no problems took less then 5 mins to connect LOL. i had everything set up and was already being blessed with bose’s immersive sounds experience within seconds! My favorite songs became beautiful crafts i had never imagined had so much intricacies and detail. It was honestly an amazing experience, idk if everyone on here is just super picky.. but I’m a huge music fan and i can honestly say it feels just spent the last two hours in my own little box, in a land far away from anyone, in a world were nothing else existed. Just me and the music. Did bose lace drugs in these headphones? Because I’d consider my experience euphoric to say the least. 500 bucks well spent. Picture like you’ve only ever heard 10% of every song youve ever heard and this allows you to access the other 90% you’ve been missing. Just buy it already ✌️

-l’application ne reporte pas la bonne durée de la batterie après la charge
-beaucoup plus long a chargé qu’un téléphone cellulaire
-très salissant, le faux cuir devient huileux de même que l’appui tête. Mes Sennheiser n’avait pas ce problème car
en velours. Donc il faut nettoyer souvent, aussi souvent qu’un écran de cellulaire.
-après 2-3 heures d’écoute ils font mal aux oreilles, très très décevant.

I wear this with glasses and it’s very comfy, sounds great and I can wear it for long long periods of times (10 hours+ no problem)
The noise-canceling works as described and it’s very handy to have it connect to two devices (iPad + iPhone).
On the app, I’ve set it to have noise cancellation to 0 or 10 by setting the first two levels to 0 and the third level to 10.
Sometimes when I”m listening to music using Bluetooth, the music gets kind of choppy but I think that’s what happens with all Bluetooth devices. There’s not much of a difference in sound between wired and Bluetooth, just that you won’t get any choppy sound with wired.
One more thing, if you’re plugged in with wired and you don’t hear any sound (and think the wire is damaged), you should try turning up the sound on your headphones (right ear using your fingers to swipe up) before buying another wire.

Purchased these to replace a different brand that had stopped working. It was a little tricky for me to figure out how to connect them to my iphone and ipad but didn’t take too long. The noise cancellation feature is great and the sound quality is lovely. I wouldn’t be without them on a flight and use them at home to listen privately.

I also own the Bose QC35 II, and have tried the Sony XM3 before returning them. For my main use case, the NC700 are exactly what I need. I work from home in my basement office. I need good ANC, a neutral/flat sound signature, and a good mic. I mainly use it for phone calls, Skype video conferencing, and listening to music and podcasts.
I have had no problems with the app on an Android phone. Seems like it’s the iOS guys with issues.
Pros:
* Unbelievable ANC, and cycling through your presets is a breeze. Stopping the ANC and actually increasing ambient noise with a touch is really clever.
* Neutral, flat sound signature. Call me an audio snob, but it’s supposed to be flat, not bassy.
* Comfortable cups, headband; good clamping force. Light weight.
* Excellent battery.
* The mic! Hallelujah, the mic is amazing. No longer need to use my Antlion ModMic. The ModMic is still better, but the built-in mic is good enough. All other headphone built-in mics in this space are useless: sounds like you’re underwater.
* USB-C
* All taps/swipes actually work. Not sure what they’ll be like in the cold or with gloves on, but they work as expected indoors.
Cons:
* Really nit-picking here, but I actually don’t like the styling.
* 2.5mm aux jack. Why?
* Price. I get it, but it’s still a lot of money.
Verdict:
* Perfect for what I need. YMMV based on your use case.

I bought these while working from home and they do a fantastic job of cancelling out background/white noise but still able to hear if someone is speaking/background TV noise, albeit with much less volume. There are 10 noise cancelling settings but I typically stick with 10, especially while working to avoid distractions. These headphones are great for blocking out the noise from my dehumidifier, fans and other appliances.
Sound quality for music is good but have not done extensive testing with these compared to my Sennheiser and Beats headphones as they were mainly purchased for working.
Definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable noise cancelling headphone with solid performance. I have them turned on for about 7-9 hours per day and usually get 2 full days before I need to charge, each time you turn on it’ll give you the estimated battery life remaining which is neat.

I’ve used Bowers and Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen Sennheiser, Shure, just to name a few. I’ve found that once you use the app and adjust the EQ these sound the best. They look cool, sound good and as an added bonus they were purchased on sale you can’t go wrong!!
