Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@tekcheap.com.
Order Cancelation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

You will receive at least two emails for each order you place: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. To track the exact location of your shipment, please use the carrier’s official website.
damaged parcels/products
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service if possible. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
