General Return Policy
Most products sold by TekCheap can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. The exceptions to this policy are cellular and wireless devices (details below) and non-returnable items (details below).
All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use), and some products can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened. Read the complete policy details below for full details.
To process a return or exchange, you will need to prove the following:
- The original receipt (invoice) from your purchase.
- The original method of payment. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts.
- Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer or by TekCheap (including manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, bonus items, and any other included items)
- Your name, address, phone number, and signature. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.
- Refunds can take up to 15 days after product has been received by TekCheap.
Bonus, Defective Items
Returning A Bonute Item
Bonus items, or free gifts, are items that were included free with certain purchases. If you wish to return a bonus item, you will need to return both the item that you paid for and the bonus item to be eligible for a refund. Bonus items can be exchanged only if they are defective. All other terms and conditions of the TekCheap Return and Exchange Policies apply.
Returning A Defective Item
A defective item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and must be in its original packaging with all items originally included by the manufacturer or by TekCheap.
Product Condition Requirements
Most items can be returned or exchanged even if the box or packaging has been opened, with the exception of non-returnable items and certain items that must be unopened.
If the box or packaging is opened, the product must be in like-new condition, with no signs of use. Additional conditions apply to the following items:
- Cell phones, smartphones, wireless devices, computers (laptop and desktop), tablets, iPads, and eReaders must have all security settings disabled. See more details in the “Disabling security settings on certain devices” section below.
- Electric bikes must be returned in their original packaging.

I’ve had it about a weeks now and so far it’s okay. When you get a notification about motion the app has a 2 to 5 minute delay before you can see the video sometimes. It synced up with my Google home app but it buffers for a new seconds to a minute before it shows you the live stream. The picture quality is good and so far the battery life is decent but not going to last 6 months on 1 charge.

Great solution. I have 4 Arlo Pro cams and needed one more outdoor for my base station.. SURPRISE! I can mix and match and this one was such a great deal I thought I’d try it. Love it – easy to add, great quality, seems durable and works very well. Light also works well in the app! Only thing I wish it had was the magnetic back to mount to my other magnetic mounts. Not a biggie bc it comes with a “screw mount”. Definitely would consider buying again. Gives good coverage of the property as well

I bought this camera over 3 month ago and now it expired the free subscription. It’s now useless. I don’t get camera feed, disconnect camera so often and I have to reset camera once in a while. Only thing you can use this camera is to continuous video feed to your PC or smart phone. The subscription fee is not too high but the original price is expensive so it should include at least minimal video monitoring through the phone app. Basically Arlo is greedy in terms of business practice despite the camera is far better than other brands as I compared with the customer reviews.

I’m not loving it. I have 4 Ring cameras and I love the quality but they don’t work with Apple’s HomeKit. I bought this camera because it said it was comparable but it’s not unless you have a hub and that’s an extra $100. I installed it anyway next to my Ring camera to compare the two and the Ring blew it away in color, clarity and night vision. I decided to keep it as a garage cam but I wouldn’t by another one.

It is good, but if you have a lot of traffic that passes by it the battery will not last for 30 days. But the pictures quality is great.

This new essential Arlo camera is affordable , easy to use and set up. The 1080p with the help of the spotlight makes the video image crystal clear. The camera has all that the other expensive Arlo cameras have except with one down side, the battery is not detachable and even though the camera specs says that the camera last 6 months before you need to charge it , it all depends on how your settings are. The usb cord is shorter than the ones that comes on the Arlo pros but it does the job to charge the camera. The delay on the app is a little slow, hopefully the Arlo app fix this sometime, but the features included are great , also you get 3 months of Arlo Smart.
