General Return Policy
Most products sold by TekCheap can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. The exceptions to this policy are cellular and wireless devices (details below) and non-returnable items (details below).
All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use), and some products can only be returned or exchanged if the packaging is unopened. Read the complete policy details below for full details.
To process a return or exchange, you will need to prove the following:
- The original receipt (invoice) from your purchase.
- The original method of payment. Payment card purchases will be refunded to the original payment card. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts.
- Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer or by TekCheap (including manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, bonus items, and any other included items)
- Your name, address, phone number, and signature. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.
- Refunds can take up to 15 days after product has been received by TekCheap.
Bonus, Defective Items
Returning A Bonute Item
Bonus items, or free gifts, are items that were included free with certain purchases. If you wish to return a bonus item, you will need to return both the item that you paid for and the bonus item to be eligible for a refund. Bonus items can be exchanged only if they are defective. All other terms and conditions of the TekCheap Return and Exchange Policies apply.
Returning A Defective Item
A defective item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and must be in its original packaging with all items originally included by the manufacturer or by TekCheap.
Product Condition Requirements
Most items can be returned or exchanged even if the box or packaging has been opened, with the exception of non-returnable items and certain items that must be unopened.
If the box or packaging is opened, the product must be in like-new condition, with no signs of use. Additional conditions apply to the following items:
- Cell phones, smartphones, wireless devices, computers (laptop and desktop), tablets, iPads, and eReaders must have all security settings disabled. See more details in the “Disabling security settings on certain devices” section below.
- Electric bikes must be returned in their original packaging.

At first I thought this was too good to be true at this price. Then I decided to buy and this is what I have to say: This machine is pretty amazing. It’s very sleek looking and draws attention. At first look upon unboxing I thought it was fairly large. But I got used to this quickly. I love how it can constantly measure the air quality and adjust automatically. The humidifier function is an added bonus, although I haven’t had the need for that as it is relatively rainy in southeast Michigan. My wife who has allergies has noticed a breathable difference. The ability to control the machine from my phone is very convenient as well. Shipping was long but customer service was great

I had another air purifier that I was happy with, but could never find a humidifier that worked well and was easy to clean. This does both and does it well. It doesn’t spray a mist that leaves damp spots on the floor. I love the auto function. My skin is less dry and my blankets don’t stick together. I can pet my cat without shocking him with static. I’m not a fan of the gold-tone color, but I love this device. I got rid of my other air purifier because now I have one appliance that does it all.

From a regular oscillation fan to 2 small blades it’s a great design in which I hope to see more of.
The breeze mode works efficiently and keeps the room its in cooler by many degrees without a unit needed near by.
Although which is only thing that’s more of a desire than it needs it would be cool if it could either dehumidify the area if there too much moisture or maybe heat as well would be a great device if it could.

My daughter and her husband gave my the Dyson purifier+ humidity as a gift, they have one an my daughter’s allergies are not as bad while at home specially at night while mine were terrible. the beauty of this machine is the humidifier. i have lots of plants that mostly need around 70% humidity. the auto humidify function on top of synching this with you smart home is bar none. however, a bit over priced.

The recent wild fire smoke in Toronto prompted me to take action and buy 2 Dyson PH04 machines – one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I like them a lot and I just leave them running on auto. No issues so far. I have not tested the humidification feature yet as it is summer and my indoor humidity is at 54%. I love the design since other purifiers look very boxy. I recommend this product 🙂
