I was having issues with my payment and contacted support to figure out what was going on. Very efficient and fast to answer. Placed the order and shipping was longer then what I am used to (Amazon Prime) but it arrived. Note that the warranty is with Vitamix directly and not with Tekcheap.com so keep that in mind. This is a sturdy powerful blender so unless you are trying to blend rocks, you won’t have a problem with it.
